Common questions
I bought Remove Ads or an Ad-Free Pass but still see ads
Open the shop and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID; restoring brings them back on a new device or after reinstalling.
My progress disappeared
Progress is saved on the device. Deleting the app removes it. Purchases can be restored, progress cannot.
How do I stop personalized ads?
In iOS go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off permission for the game. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
